Attached to this document is an error free version of NCLC and NACA's Mortgage Comments, previously submitted on a timely basis . We would really appreciate it these comments could be used rather than the previous version , as the previous version had a glitch in it such that the footnotes were not numbered correctly -- they restarted from scratch in the mid fifties.
