Comments:Oil companies should not be allowed to ship oil overseas, store it until the price rises, and then return it to the United States. That is manipulation. Domestic oil should never be sent overseas. And the FTC should aggressively investigate the oil companies for market manipulation. What's happening in the United States right now is Enron in slow motion. If this crisis were not manufactured the government would insist that oil remain in this country, that speed limits on highways be reduced ot 55 miles an hour, and that automakers stop producing SUVs.
