I have attached the letter that I sent to Subaru of Elk Grove about the horrible car they sold us September 2011.
They responded and asked us to bring the car in, they keep the car for 3 weeks and then called and offered us an BRAND NEW 2012 SUBARU FORESTER, but the problem was my husband never wanted a SUBARU that was the original reason we were not going to buy a car off their lot to begin with. So since we didn't want the SUBARU (and that was there only offer) they gave us back thr USED 2005 car that we purchased. Which leads me to believe that they know that they took our money and sold us a piece of CRAP. They didn't fix anything that we requested in the letter (like they said they would). Why would you offer a brand new car and say that you already have Subaru has already approved new financing unless you know you were WRONG...
I have attached the letter that my husband and myself wrote to them and I have a copy of all supporting documnets for everytime we took the car in and from this last go around in Jan 2012 where they documented all the things that they said they fixed but didn't.
