I feel that if money was made by MySpace via this violation, the fine should exceed the amount made by them. TO effectively enforce these type of violations and make companies respect both the public and the enforcers you must make a negative entry in their packet. Please ensure that you have enough information about the amount made to make and effective fine. Thanks.
