<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>Prenotification Negative Option Rule Matter No. PO64202 Please be advised that I am on the side that believes this rule should be strengthened. If it was happening to you or any one of your family you'd see the negative impact that these deceptive marketing practices have on those that they are used against. I would go for some rule that promotes transparency and make it easy to IMMEDIATELY remove the offending charges that are so often placed without customer knowledge or recourse.
