I haven't fallen for or been fooled by any of the deceptive, misleading, and out right lying advertisements but as a nurse I know of countless seniors, parents and young people who have. I'm very happy we the people have a new head of the FCC who appears to notice and is trying to do something. We are watching and hoping things start getting more honest and regulated. And I'm delighted to see Dr. Oz and Oprah take on at least one of the perpetrators!! The FCC needs to look into some of these situations also! Thank you.
