In May 2009 I signed up for a free trial for ResV. The ResV arrived sometime later having been shipped from China. I was suspicious and tried to contact them from the phone number on my credit card. I never did get a person, but left a message that I did not want anymore shipped to me. Since then I have received 6 bottles of ResV shipped with different names and company names charging my credit card for 87.99 or quite similiar amounts. Each time I have had to contact the credit card company and have the charges removed. I am going to have to cancel my credit card and the credit card company says they cannot guarantee that the new card may be charged with these fraudulant charges. I cannot believe that I may spend the rest of my life getting rid of these people! I cannot believe that this is allowed to happen in our country.
