I tried the Ookisa "free trial" products - I paid %5.95 shipping, and the product was going to be sent on a monthly basis unless I cancelled, which I did within the free month trial period. I was told to return the remaining shampoo, conditioner and night time serum - but there shouldn't have been any remainder since it was a month's worth of product! I was told I still had to return the three empty bottles - so had to pay shipping AGAIN to send three EMPTY bottles! That's not a free trial.
