This would be a huge mistake. P2P networks have many legitimate uses. The administration does not properly understand technology and should not take steps to limit our essential new freedoms. There is a "war on technology" that should be checked. Regulation is becoming out of control to the point where if one wants to innvoate, one is better leaving the Unites States to do so. This should stop.
