Thank You for hosting this workshop. Some issues concerning the public best interest need to be addressed. For 30 years I have worked, as you are now, to offer quality medicine and products to my clients, at affordable prices. This effort is often undermined by online pharmacies that falsely advertise that my prices are overpriced and that my clients can fill their prescriptions cheaper online, when in reality my regular prices are less than their sale prices. To make matters worse, the products sold online are often counterfeit, outdated or otherwise misleading. For the public to be best served, and their pets treated fairly, the multiple issues of price, safety and quality, all need to be addressed. A licensed Veterinarian is the most qualified individual to handle these issues for their client, and they should be able to refuse a Rx to a facility that they do not have confidence in.
