I have just purchased my first veterinary clinic in March 2012 and came across for the FIRST time a refill authorization from Costco Pharmacy in Clackamas OR sending a refill request form with the Vetmedin crossed out and instead writing that a new request for another medication is requested!!! How unprofessional is that!!! They can't even get that right how can I expect them to get my own written RX right??? I've spent more than 8 years in school to practice medicine and now I can't even charge for the extra time it takes me to write an RX for the client who wants to save money but getting a generic even when I write AS PER LABEL on the RX!! I can't trust outside pharmacies, there aren't veterinarians!!
