In our practice, our clients/customers always have a choice as to where they get there pet's medication(s); they are not required to get it from our facility. Our clients are asked where they would like to fill their medications, if they prefer a prescription; they can purchase their pet's medication(s) from another veterinary office, online pharmacy, or a brick and mortar pharmacy of their choice.
