I am opposed to the passage of HR1406. It seems terribly redundant and wasteful. Clients already have the freedom and ability to obtain prescription medications through human pharmacies and online pharmacies. Also, I am concerned that human pharmacies do not have full knowledge how some medications work in animals. I do not want to be held liable for advice that may not be given by an adequately trained professional.
