I cannot seriously believe you (FTC), are even considering leaving this stuff (Four Loko) on the market even. What's it going to take for you to realize how dangerous these alcopop drinks are to the youth of America" Will it be when one of your own family members ends up in the ER as a result of alcohol poisoning" I am totally against the so called fix to this situation - changing the label, and adding a cap to the can! It will do absolutely nothing!! Use your common sense, and ban the sale of these drinks altogether - they are as dangerous as putting a gun to one's head.
When people drinking several of these get on the road in any town, or state, they are putting themselves and anyone they encounter in extreme danger i.e. crashes. It would be considered a crash, not an accident, as they chose to drink this mess!!!! WAKE UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING FOR ONCE!!!!
