Please include health club dues in your review of negative option billing. My verbal cancellation to the owner went ignored, and I was continuously billed until I realized it. Somewhere in our contract, it said cancellation had to be made in writing. From what I've seen on the internet discussion groups, I am one of very many who have been taken advantage of.
