We request an extension of the public comment period of at least 60 days as we would like to submit comments concerning the trial conversion negative option offer but do not have time to submit them by the current cut-off date of July 27, 2009. We have received over 100 complaints concerning this kind of negative option offer within the last 8 months and believe an expansion of the coverage of Rule 425 to cover this type of negative option offer is warranted.
