I agree with the rule to improve the required notice to consumers regarding their right to opt out of prescreened solicitations for credit or insurance. Generally, I choose to opt-out and even called the 3 credit bureaus to take my name off the list. However, I still get solicitations, and I DO NOT want any offers. I think this rule would be great.
