This buyout should be all hospitals, to merely stop 15 hospitals just to say it is a monopoly is only going to shut down 15 hospitals and make it more necessary raise costs to those in need or insurances, it makes more since to let UHS buy all the hospitals and create a secure, safe care for all parties concerned.
