MLS is a vital tool for any agent mainly because when a piece of property is on the market, we have so many agents trying to sell it for the seller. True, competition is fierce and so many agents have entered this industry thinking they can make millions!. But as we find out many new agents last for about 2 years. Being a Realtor and the background of the Code of Ethics is so very important to tell a prospective client and some agents do not abide by the Code and this is very very sad.. When a listing gets on the market, it goes first of all to our local boards, then in turn to the State of Fla, and the Naitonal site. Yes, we pay for all of these attributes, but at the same time, we need our display of properties on a state and national level. This is what the internet has going for us. One day I will write a book on real estate, the pros and cons of this extremely competitive industry. </body> </HTML>
