Unfortunately, the complaint illustrates a trend in the industry that is becoming more and more prevalent by the perpetrators without any real fear of impunity. Please note: the hard copy will include all the exhibits. It is a matter of serious concern that the NAR only informed me of this workshop on October 19, 2005, which is only six days before the workshop. </body> </HTML>
