We are a full service office and we co-broke with all offices in the state and even in other states. We share all of our listings with MLS and on the web, unless requested not to by a clyent. There is plenty of competition in our area and we feel that people will pay to be fully represented and to work with an agent who will see to it that all transactions are completed fairly and legally. We do disclose our agencey, as per Michigan Law, and exclusive representation is offered to those who want it. </body> </HTML>
