I ve been a realtor for two years now and I ve made a total of 5 sales working 7 days a week. The amount of money an agent puts forth into marketing in return to get business is astronomical. It is not fair for sale by owners to utilize our MLS s, it s not for the public to use, it is for agents. I would like to see this free for all attitude go away. I am in favor of the new ILD policy as are all my fellow colleagues. Sincerely, Jamie Tirado REALTOR </body> </HTML>
