It's not just a policy that you walk into a place and get a realtor. Many people have established relationships with their clients and other parties that handle closings. One of the reasons is that there are so many crooks in the business and this leads to people that get "screwed" with little more than a court proceeding to make them feel better- we all know that once the situation has happened there's no going back... please for all the reason's you've been reading about - do not allow person's to turn the real estate business into a free for all that it's been for financing people in the recent past. Competition is feirce when you have to break into the business one person at a time...and truly earn your keep every day of the year. Big business will push the profits to large lenders and kill competition overall. </body> </HTML>
