Low service / No service mom and pop real estate set ups are risky at best for the trusting consumers. I have been in real estate before e-mail. I love real estate. If no minimum standards are in place ... and others say if there are standards that is restricts free trade then: DO AWAY WITH LICENCES .... Come one come all....... Help protect the consumer.
