Sure, profit is the motive that all businesspeople are in business, but a "fair" profit should not equal shutting out innovation by competing Realtors -- those, who like myself, believe that there are great opportunities in the real estate industry in helping people with a lessened (fair) fee. The challenges, as an industry, are in bucking the tradition in favor of fairness to the consumer. </body> </HTML>
