I am currently completing an MBA in marketing and the one thing that has been pounded into the student's head is the matter of ethics. This is an ethical violation of the most blatant form. The fact that the CEO does not understand that fact makes it even worse. I would be afraid to do business with this company because they could quickly put my company in legal jeopardy. I am glad the FCC got involved and Reverb Communications, Inc. should be punished for this conflict of interest.
