I had an account with Rite Aid, or they had all my documents and release of information HIPPA signed forms in the pharmacy. I went in there one day to get a prescription filled, they had no records of mine whatsoever. I had been going there for years, and they lost all those signed documents, they acted like it was not a big deal. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER BIT OF INFORMATION. While I am thinking about it, I did have my identity stolen in the 1990's I am wondering now if it originated there. MY NAME AND ADDRESS IS NOT TO BE PUBLISHED IN ANYWAY OR RELEASED TO ANYONE OUTSIDE OF THE FTC.
