<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>The statement that the Roaring Fork IPA discouraged members from negotiating contracts around the IPA needs to be struck. It is inaccurate. The physicians at Glenwood Medical have negotiated successfully around the IPA several times. The RFIPA supported this action. Did you read the bylaws of the Roaring Fork IPA? What are your comments on Medicare's RBRVS crisis, "21.2 percent cut to take effect Monday Senate adjourns without SGR fix"? Are there any plans to repeal the anti-trust exemption for insurance companies?
