Comments:The attached document provides a statement by Thomas M. Susman on behalf of the Information Access Alliance. The Information Access Alliance (IAA) was created to allow library associations to share resources to explore the potential of focusing antitrust enforcement on promoting competition in the scholarly publishing marketplace.
