<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>Social Security Numbers should be used for only ever be used for matters relating to social security. The IRS may use them for collecting payments into the social security system and the Social Security Administration may use them for making payments to Social Security recipients. Any use of social security numbers by governments or private businesses for purposes other than those required for social security collections and disbursements should be prohibited by law.</body></html>
