<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>Using social security numbers assists me in my profession of private investigations.  Many legitimate uses of the number include locating witnesses for criminal and civil cases, verification for true identity in pre-employment background investigations, cross reference to make sure I have the right individual I am looking for, etc.....  As an agency that operates in a similiar law enforcement capacity I believe it is important for us to have the ability to use social security numbers.  We do not use the numbers for anything ethically inappropriate.  </body></html>
