<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>As a Private Investigator I work for the Family Court.  We investigate children's care givers and those who are responsible for the welfare of said children.  Occasionally some of these parents and/ or guardians abscond with the children to parts unknown.  The crime is &quot;Custodial Interference&quot;.  The only way to find these people is through a systematic search of Data Bases.  The Social Security Number is an integral device and possibly the only one to find these missing children..
