<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>PTT fiber is called “smart” polymer by the textile industry because it combines the properties of polyester and nylon, provides designers and consumers with various merits such as Super softness &amp; bulkiness, Excellent stretch-recovery, Vibrant color,  UV &amp; Chlorine resistance, Stain resistance and ease care, which are totally different with traditional polyester. So we think it should be re-classified to a new fiber other than polyester.  </body></html>�
