There has always been 2 P&C stores in Cortland, untill Tops came and closed the Homer, Ave store. And now Cortland can't have 2 Tops stores, that is not right. The other Tops store is so large, and big, that it is nice to have a smaller Tops which is alot closer for consumers llving in the Homer area, we will be forced to drive all the way out to South Cortland to shop.
