Dear FTC, I'm writing to oppose the divestiture by Tops Markets of seven Pen Traffic stores. I was pleased to have the P&C store at the East Hill plaza remain in service thanks to the purchase by Tops. The prices are competitive with other markets in the area and the service has improved. It would be a sad day if the workers at these Tops stores were out of jobs. Please reconsider. Thanks. Stephen Keast
