Any good eyecare professionals are aware that the right to choose a photochromic brand is paramount to keeping patients satisfied. The ability for a Retail chain, Independent lab, Private Practice, or corporate dispensary to select what is best for the patient is what makes this industry practical & affordable. To control & box out like this is a travesty & merits some punishment. The doctors, techs, opticians, & optical labs have worked hard for years to earn the trust of patients. We should have a right to choose a photochromic brand that is best for our patients that are spending their money. In this economy, trust is a very sensitive issue. FTC should be on high alert with all of the behavior that is unfolding in our profession. Thank You!
