NO! No prerecorded messages--not even if there IS some kind of a business connection. Anyone having a business connection can communicate via email or the USPS. I have many business connections with many companies. I don't want ANY of them barging into my home with any kind of a message unless I request them to do so. Privacy in my home is far more important to me than anything a peddler has to offer. AND, automatic dialing equipment should be banned for use by telemarketers.
