Comments:
I vigourously object to your proposed rule allowing telemarketers to make prerecorded calls to those with "an established business relationship." Just because I have purchased a product or made a product inquiry, that does not mean I want to be bombarded with sales calls from greedy marketers. The proposed rule will only promote an immoral ethic of greed and overconsumption that is antithetical to the moral principals on which our country was founded. Please do not create this new loophole in the National Do Not Call Registry and allow telemarketers once again to invade my privacy during dinner and family time.
