I wish to protest your recent proposal (RIN: 3084-0098) which would establish a huge new loophole for telemarketers to evade the National Do Not Call Registry by allowing companies to place prerecorded telemarketing calls. It was so wonderful when this Registry was created and the needs and desires of so many individuals were acknowledged by the Federal Trade Commission. It is so disheartening to see that it can all be changed so easily and so soon after this measure was implemented. I ask you to continue to protect the peace and quiet of my home and the homes of millions of other Americans who detest commercial telemarketing calls by not following through with the above mentioned proposal. thank you, Barbara Wishingrad
