Do NOT dilute the "do not call" list with the option for businesses to spew robocalls into the privacy of the home of any consumer that has had a "business relationship" with them. DO NOT CALL means DO NOT CALL. I do not need robotic voices shilling CRAP at me in my home ! I pay for my phone as a personal communication device, not as a free media outlet for greedy, screeching advertising voices that I despise ! DO NOT CALL MEANS DO NOT CALL ! NO MORE PHONE RAPE !
