Comments:
I object to the new proposed rule allowing telemarketers to make automated calls to consumers with whom they have an "established relationship". These calls are obnoxious, and damage the relationship between business and customer. These kinds of "sales techniques" contribute to the continuing degradation of customer service and consumer experience in our country.
