I strongly object to the FTC’s new proposed rule to allow telemarketers to make prerecorded “robo calls." If I want a company not to call me--they should not be able to call me just because it's a pre-recorded message. Also, what is even more troubling is that since it is pre-recorded I will not be able to tell anoyone on the other end of the phone to stop calling me. Please do not pass this amendment.
