Please do not weaken the protections against unwanted telemarketing calls. Anyone on a Do Not Call registry is there because they do not want to be intruded upon by telemarketers. A prior purchase with a company may be the very reason a given consumer has chosen to be on a Do Not Call registry. Intrusive commercialism has gotten way out of hand.
