I am adamantly opposed to allowing any reversal of the progress made with the Do Not Call Registry. I believe this will allow telemarketers to once again make an unlimited amount of unwanted calls. Even with the law currently in effect some telemarketers blatently disregard it and call anyway. They also are using false "return" telephone numbers to skirt the law. This loophole will be a major step backward.
