I do not see where there is a need for such an amendment. With todays communications technologies if there is anything I need or want I can find it. It was not long ago I would have not have had a chance to voice my opinion with such ease as this. Technology has made it much to easy for companies to disrupt an individuals life and with the busy life schedules most individuals lead they do not want it disrupted by useless phone calls.
