Although we have been helped greatly by the donot call list,we still receive many calls from companies posing as representing a non-profit but actually selling some product or posing as a research agency but also selling something. Allowing prerecorded messages will open us up to a barrage of calls again and I'm sure any opt out feature will be at the very end of the message if it's there at all.
