I am strongly opposed to the suggested change to allow canned messages sent to me phone. It is bad enough I must endure political calls, and calls from companies I maybe ever do business with once. These prerecorded messages is an invasion of privacy. I pay plenty to have a phone line, and I consider a prerecorded message to be the epitome of an annoyance. DO NOT allow this please.
