The "Do Not Call List" was established to allow people the choice not not to be disturbed by marketers. I put myself on that list because, when I am interested in an item, I will initiate such a call. I DO NOT want unsolicited calls about random merchandise (even if I have done business with a company previously)! What you are doing now is creating a vehicle for marketers to create a whole new genre of SPAM. Why are you "caving in" to this pressure? The time to prevent this intrusion is NOW; you will never be able to control this by legislation later. You can't control email SPAM, what makes you think you could control this????
