I am strongly opposed to any exception to the do not call list that would allow a loophole opening fo pre-recorded solicitations. My phones are finally quiet after all these years of receiving dinner time calls from telemarketers and I would like it to stay that way. If there is an opt-in provision for those who want the calls that is fine but I don't want to be bothered with unwanted calls
