Comments:
Several points regarding the potential loophole in the do-not-call list to allow recorded telemarketing calls: 1) We have enjoyed the relative peace and quiet that the do-not-call list has brought. 2) We will contact a business when we want to buy goods or services; we do not want to be sold on their schedule. 3) Please expand do-not-call coverage to eliminate the calls from politicians. They are worse than the business calls. During the past election, we received 17 such calls in one day.
